It has been suggested that Roland AX-7 and Roland AX-Synth be merged into this article. The Roland AX-1 is a keytar (a shoulder-held clavier keyboard worn like a guitar). General MIDI Level 2, and Roland's own GS MIDI implementation. It can store up to 32 patches. A black model was also produced, the AX-1B. Notable users.
Roland AX and Axis Keyboard Parts -Products for the Roland AX-Series & Axis - Replacement Keys These plastic keys will replace broken ones on your keyboard. In other words, a B note in the lowest octave uses the same key as a B note in any other octave. But the highest C note is different from the other C notes (see illustration below). If you do not know the note names, on the 61-note keyboard shown below, the white keys from the bottom (left side) up are: C, D, E, F, G, A, B, and then the sequence repeats. All used electronic parts are tested and guaranteed working.
This listing reflects our current inventory and is updated daily, so if a part is shown with a 'Buy' button, we should have it in stock. If a part is shown as Out of Stock, then we do not have it, and in most cases, we don't know when or even if we might have it again. Your best bet is to simply check back on our site occasionally. If a part is not listed on our site, then we do not carry that part. We can no longer research or special order parts that are not listed here, and we just don't have time to answer questions about parts that we don't carry.

We want to help you get the parts you need, but please do not ask us to help diagnose problems with your equipment. We simply don't have the resources to do this, and it is just not practical to diagnose repair issues without being able to test the equipment in person.
Procedures for external input Patches Connect devices such as CD players to the Input Jack(s) on the rear panel. Set the gain switch to LINE. Set the input mode (Stereo or Mono) by first pressing MODE Button and then select SYSTEM.
Next set the “External Input Type” of the IO to match the connected device. Finally, press WRITE.
Adjust the input volume on the front panel. An appropriate level is when the Peak Indicator blinks when the V-Synth receives maximum level from the sound source. Instead of devices such as CD players, microphones can be used as well.
When using microphones, set the gain switch to MIC on the rear panel.
